These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing use of the Zombillion platform and the relationship between us and our users. They explain your responsibilities when you register, play or place wagers, and how we manage accounts, payments and promotions. By creating an account you accept these terms and agree to comply with any additional rules that apply to specific services on the site.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only one account is permitted per person unless we agree otherwise. Do not share your login, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable concern about fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breaches of these terms.
We require identity and address verification before certain withdrawals and at other times to meet our obligations. Verification may include requesting documents and can temporarily restrict account activity until completed.

Acceptable platform use
Use the platform lawfully and do not attempt to manipulate games, exploits or promotion terms. Commercial use, collusion, chargeback fraud and use of automated bots is prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim funds and to close accounts where misuse is detected.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these rules. Wagering requirements, contribution percentages, maximum bet levels and time limits apply as stated in the promotion terms. We may refuse, withdraw or reclaim bonuses where we suspect abuse or where eligibility is not met. Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of payment methods. Minimum and maximum transaction values vary by method and currency. Deposits are generally available instantly; withdrawals are subject to verification and our standard processing times. We may apply anti-money laundering checks and require additional information before releasing funds. Any applicable provider or network fees are the user’s responsibility.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint please contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach agreement we will outline the next steps, which may include escalation to an independent dispute resolution service where available. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in any investigation.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or site notification. Continued use of the platform after notification indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Where required by law we will obtain any necessary consents before applying new rules to your account.
